When it comes to men’s health, too many of us treat it like a casual weekend hobby rather than the championship game it truly is. Many of us set big goals, get motivated for a few weeks, and then fall off the wagon when life gets busy, you travel for work., or you aren’t getting the results you are after. Sound familiar?

At Blokes Inc., we believe health isn’t about hacks or short-term bursts, it’s about building a playbook that sets you up for success for the long haul. Just like a sports team doesn’t run onto the field without a game plan, men shouldn’t tackle their health without structure, strategy, and accountability. Hence, why I published Blokes Inc., to encourage you to become proactive not reactive. To allow you to be the ‘hero‘ of your own story.

Having worked in the industry for over two decades most men already know what they should be doing, eating better, moving more, respecting sleep and managing stress. The problem isn’t knowledge, it’s execution. Without a system, it’s easy to drift back into bad habits. People of say, ‘Knowledge is Power’, but I think this is Bull Shit! Implementation is Power!

Remember, a large percentage of my income is motivating and educating others to optimise their health and note that short-term fixes and fads burn out fast.
